Registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Offline payments must be completed within seven (7) days of invoice issuance or before the fee deadline, whichever is earlier.
Group or early-bird discounts will apply only if payment is received within the applicable timelines. Unpaid registrations will not qualify for discounted rates.
Entry to the conclave requires a valid confirmation email and presentation of government-issued photo identification.
The organisers reserve the right to alter the program, speakers, venue, schedule, or logistics at their sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants at the earliest possible time.
The organisers shall not be liable for any delay, rescheduling, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, labour disputes, or acts of God.
Participants attend the conclave at their own risk.
The organisers shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to belongings occurring during the event.
In any event, liability of the organisers shall not exceed the registration fee paid.
By registering, participants grant the organisers the right to photograph, record, or film sessions and use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes without additional approval or compensation.
Participant information collected during registration will be used strictly for event administration, communication, and future updates by the organisers. Personal data will be managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the organisers’ Privacy Policy.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect. The organisers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or detrimental to the event.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Cancellation Policy:
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to info@whycicw.com.
A non-refundable processing fee of 25% of the registration fee will apply to all approved refunds.
A registered participant may nominate a substitute attendee from the same organisation by notifying the organisers in writing no later than 16 December 2025. No additional cost will apply.
Failure to attend the conclave without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

An engineer by training and an Army veteran, he brings operational leadership and strategic foresight to complex security environments, equipping boardrooms with the insight and preparedness needed to safeguard growth and stability.
In his current role, Saurabh leads Lares’ South Asia operations, advising governments, multinational corporations, and critical infrastructure sectors on emerging threats, systemic disruptions, and long-term resilience. Previously, he spearheaded Control Risks’ expansion across South Asia and led a risk advisory firm for over eight years, delivering more than 1,000 consulting engagements—including support to nearly 40% of Fortune 500 companies. His pragmatic, ground-level approach has earned him recognition as a Business World 40 under 40 Risk Management Professional.
A certified lead auditor for ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) and ISO 27001 (Information Security), and an accredited Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Saurabh bridges regulatory frameworks with adaptive security solutions. He contributes actively to global security discourse as a member of the ASIS International Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Steering Committee, and mentors emerging leaders through the ASIS Bangalore Chapter.
With a philosophy rooted in foresight and inclusivity, Saurabh advocates for board-driven security, resilient infrastructure, and safe business ecosystems as cornerstones of future-ready governance. Col Ravi Madhok is the Senior Director and Group Head of Asset Protection and Security at Flipkart Group in India comprising Flipkart, Myntra, Clear Trip, Ekart, Health Plus, Flipkart Wholesale, F1 & Jeeves since Aug 2023. In his current role, he is entrusted with delivering comprehensive risk management solutions for India’s largest online retailer and other Flipkart group companies. He leads a large global team to help fortify Flipkart’s position as a trusted and reliable e-commerce leader, fostering a safe and seamless shopping experience for millions of customers nationwide.
In his previous role as the National Head of Security and Loss Prevention at Reliance Digital and Urban Ladder, he drove strategic security services for the largest Consumer Durables and Furniture Retail Chain in India comprising approx. 8000 stores and supply chain sites for five years with a focus on risk mitigation solutions customized for omnichannel retail operations.
Before transitioning to the corporate sector in 2018, Colonel Ravi Madhok served in the Indian Army for over 22 years. During his time in the Army as an Infantry Officer, he led numerous successful counter-terrorist operations, commanded troops in challenging terrains at the Line of Control, Siachen Glacier, Kargil, South Sudan and the Rann of Kutch where he commanded his Battalion. He has held key leadership positions at prestigious Army training institutions as the Infantry School, Centre for UN Peacekeeping and the JAKLI Regimental Centre. During his last tenure in the Army as Director Procurement at Army HQ, Col Ravi was awarded the coveted Vishisht Seva Medal for leading a project of Indigenisation of ammunition for the Army.

Previously held key leadership roles at Adani Group, TATA Group, and ICICI Lombard, contributing to transformative programs across diverse industry verticals.
Dr Keshav Kumar is a distinguished Indian Police Service officer with over 35 years of experience. He has served in various capacities, including Joint Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Delhi and Mumbai, as well as the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Gujarat State. Dr Kumar has also worked with Interpol as the first Joint Director of the CBI’s Interpol, Technical, Forensic, and Coordination wing. He played a key role in strengthening the CBI’s Forensic Department and investigated highprofile cases such as the Maharashtra Adarsh scam, Bhanwari Devi murder, Jnaneswari train accident, Shehla Masood murder, Netai Massacre, ‘Pari Murder ‘, ‘Wedding Bomb’ murder of Odisha, Shakti Mill Gang Rape and Bijal Joshi gang rape with DNA being the common denominator and a mission enabler in crime detection and conviction all through.
Dr Kumar’s work has been recognized with numerous awards, including the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious and Distinguished Service. He has also received the ‘Sanctuary Asia Wildlife Service Award’ and the ‘Manthan South Asia Award’. Additionally, the FBI Director has commended him for his international cooperation in investigations. Dr Kumar has a passion for forensic applications (DNA) in crime investigation and has secured convictions for 63 accused individuals through forensic evidence.
He is known for his expertise in wildlife crime investigation, particularly for his landmark case involving the poaching of 10 Asiatic Lions in Gir National Sanctuary, Gujarat, in 2007. This case led to the conviction of 38 poachers, one of the largest in the world for wildlife crimes. Dr Kumar’s work has been acknowledged for pioneering the convergence of conventional forensics in wildlife crime investigation.
Dr Kumar retired in 2021 and now dedicates his time to teaching and training in forensic applications. He lectures at the National Forensic Sciences University, Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat University, and National Law University, among others. Has delivered lectures at Nehru Centre of the Indian High Commision, London and at the Zoological Society of London UK.
He was awarded his PhD for his pioneering Research in Forensic Psychology from the National Forensic Sciences University in March 2025. He is also a member of The Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences, UK, and is involved in various social and advisory roles, including as an Advisor to the Government of Assam and an Independent External Monitor for three government PSUs. His professional services are requisitioned by TISS, Guwahati University, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Pharma Industry, CDAC , National Human Rights Commission and Kochi Metro Rail.
